    Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 13, 2026

1. Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy outlines how Nashcore Technologies collects, uses, and safeguards information. It clearly distinguishes between visitors to our website and active users who deploy resources on our cloud platform. By utilizing our services, you agree to the data practices described herein.

2. Information We Collect (Account Data)

To provide our services, we collect standard Account Data. This includes your name, company details, billing address, IP address, payment and credit card information, and basic telemetry/usage logs generated by your interactions with our client dashboard and APIs.

3. Customer Data Processing (Cloud Instances)

As a cloud infrastructure provider, we maintain a strict boundary between Account Data and Customer Data. We do not access, sell, monitor, or mine the data, applications, databases, or virtual machines hosted on our infrastructure. The only exceptions are when access is strictly required by law, or automated security scans to detect network abuse or malware.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your personal Account Data is used exclusively to provision your cloud resources, process recurring payments, prevent fraudulent sign-ups, and provide technical and billing support when you open a ticket.

5. Sub-Processors & Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share necessary Account Data with trusted third-party vendors (Sub-Processors) required to operate our business. This includes payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) to process transactions, upstream data center partners, and customer support ticketing systems.

6. Data Security Measures

We implement rigorous security protocols to protect your information. This includes enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit, strict physical security at our data center facilities, and internal employee access controls restricted on a least-privilege basis.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

When you cancel your account or delete a specific cloud instance, the associated virtual machine data is permanently and irrecoverably scrubbed from our physical servers within 7 days. Basic Account Data (such as invoices and payment history) is retained longer strictly for tax and legal compliance.

8. International Data Transfers

If you access our services globally, your Account Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your own. We utilize legally approved mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure your data remains protected under international data privacy laws.

9. User Rights (GDPR/CCPA Compliance)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have specific rights regarding your personal information. You may request to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your Account Data by submitting a request to our privacy team.

10. Law Enforcement Requests

We require valid, legally binding processes (such as a subpoena, court order, or warrant) before disclosing any Account or Customer Data to government or law enforcement agencies. Unless legally prohibited, we will attempt to notify the affected customer prior to disclosure.
